Varsha started learning Bharathanatyam at a very young age of 5 under the guidance of Guru Dr Mala Shashikanth. She completed her junior level examination at the age of 10 and moved on to complete her senior and vidwath examinations and earned the title 'Vidushi'. She was also blessed to be trained under teacher's Guru, Bharathakalamani Sri C Radhakrishna of the Kolar parampare. She has done her Bachelor's degree in performing arts in Keshava college of Music and Dance and had the chance to learn under Guru Sri Shyam Prakash and Guru Smt Vasanthalakshmi. She completed her arangetram in the year 2008 and further moved on to do her Master's in Bharathanatyam in the Jain College in Bengaluru and was trained under Guru Usha Datar, Guru Jaya, Guru Shobha Shashikumar and many more.
Varsha is a talented Dancer with extensive experience in the use of movement, gesture and body language to portray a character , situation and abstract concept to an audience, usually to the accompaniment of music; interpreting the work of choreographers, sometimes requiring
